The below general terms and conditions of sale apply to any sales of Gemora products that you may order online through our Platform www.gemora.co
Gemora LLC is registered in the United Arab Emirates. In these Terms of Use, we use the term Gemora (and “we”, “us” and “our”) to refer to Gemora. Please read these Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully before using the Platform. You will be asked to agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing an order for your products. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale, you will not be able to place your order through our Sales Channels.


We may make changes from time to time to these Terms of Sale so please check back regularly to keep informed of updates. The latest version of these Terms of Use will always be available on the Platform. Any new version of these Terms of Use shall take effect and will govern the use of the Platform and your relationship with us immediately upon the date of posting and will govern any orders of products made as from that date.


Only individuals (and not legal entities) who (a) have reached the age of legal majority required to enter into contracts (twenty-one in the United Arab Emirates); (b) have legal capacity to enter into contracts; and (c) use a shipping address in the country or countries that we ship to as specified by the Sales Channels, may order products through the Sales Channels. If you are under the age of legal majority (twenty-one years old) or otherwise cannot lawfully enter into a contract, you must have your parent or guardian place an order on your behalf and they will be asked to agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. By placing an order through the Sales Channels, you represent and warrant that you are a bona fide end-user customer purchasing for your own or another’s personal use and will not deliver, sell or otherwise distribute our products or purchase our products or services for commercial purposes.
Gemora reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel and terminate orders at any time on reasonable grounds. Orders maybe refused or canceled if there is an ongoing dispute concerning payment of a prior order or if it is suspected, in our sole discretion, that you have engaged in (i) fraudulent activities; or (ii) have otherwise violated these Terms and Conditions of Sale.


All prices shown on the product pages are inclusive of 5% VAT but exclude shipping costs and other taxes unless otherwise stated. You should review all details carefully before completing the payment. Completing the payment means that you confirm this purchase and we will proceed with preparing your order for delivery. Sales, use or other taxes will vary based on the location to which products are being shipped. We reserve the right to modify prices and delivery costs at any time without prior notice. Please note that changes to applicable law between the date your order is placed and the date you are sent a confirmation of order and shipment, may result in changes to the taxes associated with your order. If the resulting change is an increase in the taxes you are charged, we will contact you and ask that you reconfirm your order.


The customer shall be able, prior to definitively validating his order, to check the details of his order control and its total price, and to correct any errors, before confirming it and thereby expressing his acceptance. Once the customer has validated his order, Gemora shall acknowledge receipt of the latter without delay and by electronic means. However, the sale shall only be considered as final once payment of the order in full has been received. Gemora shall then send the customer confirmation of the order, stating shipment of the items.


We only accept orders for delivery to the country or countries that are identified during the Order Process. Please note that we do not ship to certain addresses, such as military, certain restricted areas, pick-up points, or PO boxes. Shipping costs are not stated on the product pages but will be added to the product price after you have chosen your delivery options. These costs will be summarised before you are asked to confirm and place your order and will also be reflected in our email correspondence with you once you have chosen your delivery options. We reserve the right to modify prices and delivery costs at any time without prior notice.
Upon shipment of your order, we will send you a Confirmation of Order & Shipment in writing by e-mail. This Confirmation of Order and Shipment constitutes our acceptance of your order and indicates the existence of a binding sales contract. We will require a handwritten or electronic signature by you, or a person at the nominated delivery address, to confirm the delivery of each product, at which point risk and responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. We reserve the right to deliver products only to the person who is the intended recipient of the order as stated on the label of the parcel and to request ID check for verification purposes at the time of delivery for certain categories of products. Our estimated delivery lead time is 7 – 10 business days.


Gemora wishes to offer its customers the possibility of returning or exchanging unworn items for an alternative size or for a change of mind within 30 days of purchase, according to the conditions described below:

  • The customer shall contact our customer service and arrange for a pick-up of the delivered items in their original packaging, complete (boxes, accessories, protective materials) and accompanied by the copy of the invoice.
  • Returned items which are incomplete, damaged, spoiled, or in any other condition which would reasonably leave one to think that the product has been used or worn, shall neither be refunded nor exchanged and will be returned to the customer.
  • All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control (“QC”) by us to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements. If the products do not meet QC standards, we will refuse the return, and the products will be returned to you. If the returned product satisfies QC, we will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.
  • For international exchanges & returns, you must mark on the courier company’s consignment that the product is for exchange to avoid any customs duties and taxes.
  • Returns or exchanges are not available for earrings and nose rings due to health and safety regulations.

Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Sale will entitle us to refuse the returned product and send it back to you, at your own cost.


You may return a product purchased through the Platform for refund, provided that the return complies with these Terms and Conditions of Sale and with the Return Process above. If the return complies with these Terms and Conditions of Sale, we will use commercially reasonable endeavours to refund the purchase price for the initial transaction to the buyer using the most appropriate means of payment within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the
returned item. For the avoidance of doubt it shall be in our sole discretion as to how to fulfil a refund to you and we may request you accept merchandise credit.


The performance by Gemora of all or part of its obligations shall be suspended in the event of the occurrence of a fortuitous event or force majeure which would hamper or delay performance. The following are regarded as such, in particular, without this list being exhaustive: war, pandemics, riots, insurrection, social unrest, strikes of all kinds and problems of supply to Gemora. We shall inform the customer of a fortuitous event of this kind or force majeure within seven days of its occurrence.
