Gemora LLC is registered in the United Arab Emirates. The Platform is owned and edited by Gemora. These Terms of Use govern your use of Gemora website (the “Platform”). In these Terms of Use, we use the term Gemora (and “we”, “us” and “our”) to refer to Gemora.

In the event of breach of any of these Terms of Use, your permission to use Gemora Material will automatically terminate and any copies made of Gemora Material must be immediately destroyed. Any unauthorised use of Gemora Material may infringe copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.

This section concerns communications sent to Gemora. It does not concern the communication of personal information to Gemora in relation to customer enquiries, the use of services or the purchase of products by phone or through the Platform. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. You agree that any cause of action that may arise under these Terms of Use will be brought in the appropriate court in Dubai and you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Dubai. The foregoing is without prejudice to any of your rights that cannot be excluded under the law of your Country of residence.
